TERMS OF SERVICE

A. General
1. Please read my TOS carefully and only commissioning me when you find it acceptable. You can ask and discuss further for any questions regarding the TOS stated.
2. Please communicate clearly upfront, including every reference, asset, details, and usages of the commission.
3. I have the right to decline any commission request If I'm unable to do the requested work.
4. Tracing, Redrawing, Unathorized use, Using my artwork for AI generator or NFT are prohibited.
5. Commission is open for local (Indonesia) only. If you're from overseas, please ask me for international price.
6. Every commissioned work will be used as sample and portfolio. You can ask for your result to be keep private.
7. Do and Don't:
Do: Any gender, Any couple (Canon, OCTP, Yume), kemonomimi, Blood/slight gore, Nonsexual nudity, Suggestive art
Don't: Explicit content, Heavy gore, Heavy mecha and armour, old characters, furryB. Payment
1. Invoice will be sent after sketch.
2. Payment must be paid within the deadline, or the project will be canceled.
3. Payment must be paid in full payment. You can request for a DP if the amount is more than 300k.
4. There will be no refund if you cancel the process after the payment stage.
5. Payment can be done via Seabank & Shoppeepay.
6. Additional fee will be charged if:
• You requested a detailed background.
• Your references (mainly character) have a complex design and composition.
• You requested a character designing commission.
• You requested a major revision.
• You requested a rush fee.C. Revisions
1. I only accept minor revisions.
2. Major revisions such as:
• Changing the whole pose,
• Changing character/character design fully,
• Adding new elements that are not in the initial references,
• Request for revisions on coloring/finishing step,
• And many other.
Will be charged more depending on the difficulty. Additional fee starts from +10k
3. You're allowed to do revision during sketch step, you are allowed to do minor adjustments and color revision during base coloring step,and you are allowed to do small color adjustments during finishing step.D. Deadline and Delivery
1. Normal work requires 2 to 4 weeks depending on the difficulty. This estimated time is for one commission slot. The work may take less or more time depending on the commission type, workload & availability, and complexity of the request.
2. Deadline can be discussed. For rush fee, you will be charged +30% from the base price.
3. By default, I will give you progress updates during sketch, base coloring, and finishing step. But you can always ask for updates anytime!
4. Workflow:
Send me your references → Checking references and discussion → sketching → revision → payment → lining → base coloring → revision → finishing → adjustments → complete.
5. The final work will be delivered via Gmail or Google Drive.
6. If no references sent after a month, the slot will automatically cancelled and the client might be blacklisted.E. Use
1. Personal Use
: Individual usages, including private work, profile picture, uploading on personal account, wallpaper, personal printing, freebies (small scale)
2. Monetized content (×2)
: Vtubing usages, including account layouting, sharing to viewers, freebies, thumbnail, stingers, etc.
: Streaming and content creating usages.
: Brand mascot, logos, etc.
: MV usages
: Large scale freebies
3. Commercial merchandising are not available.

1. High quality finished work in PNG format. You can also ask for JPG version, customised canvas and resolution size.
2. Depending on the commission type, you can ask for transparent background version.
3. For personal use, there will be a small watermark attached. Please do not remove them.

- Couple 2× base price
- Since it's a sketch, some part might not be refined.
- Too complex composition request will be declined.
- Free simple background (simple shape/color).
